As Doncaster Hockey Club proudly celebrates its 125th anniversary this year, we are pleased to inform you that we are laying more foundations for an ambitious future and have developed a clear purpose and core values that will guide our development both on and off the pitch.

Our Purpose:

To be a welcoming community hockey club where every member can enjoy the game of hockey, develop their skills, and fulfil their potential.

This clear and inclusive purpose is supported by three core values that reflect our commitment to its members and the wider community:

Community – We create an inclusive, welcoming environment where every member, regardless of age or ability, feels valued and connected. We actively engage with our local community to promote participation and a sense of belonging through hockey.

Respect – We treat everyone with fairness, kindness, and integrity on and off the pitch. We encourage positive behaviour, value diversity, and uphold fair play in all our actions and decisions.

Development – We are committed to supporting the growth of every member by providing opportunities for skill development and lifelong involvement in hockey.
This renewed focus will form the foundation of our strategic plan as we seek to build on a great foundation and move into the next phase of our journey.
