Ladies Preview

This weekend our ladies travel to Bowden with a tricky game ahead.

The girls played Bowden in their first game of the season when team numbers were depleted and unfortunately lost the game. This time the ladies head out with a much stronger, well trained team who are still vibing off of the win against Alderley Edge.

Unfortunately, the game last Saturday against Fylde was called off due to travel conditions therefore the girls feel rested and ready to go.

Men's Preview

Once more unto the breach before the Christmas break! We marked the halfway point in the
season with a 2-2 draw against Timperley meaning that after 9 games, we’ve won 6, drawn 1, and
lost 2, sitting 3rd in the table overall on 19 points.
I’m really proud of the efforts the lads have put in so far and we’ll be doing everything we can to
go into the winter break on a high vs our Yorkshire rivals. A 22 point return pre-Christmas would
be an incredible return from 10 games and will keep us firmly in the shake up at the top end of
table in 2025.
In the reverse fixture at the start of the season, we ran out 4-0 winners and since then, Wakefield
have struggled and find themselves at the bottom of the table. However, a trip to Wakefield is
never straight forward and nothing short of a 100% performance is needed for the weekend.
