The Annual General Meeting of Doncaster Hockey Club will be held at the clubhouse on Sunday 19th May at 1.00pm. It is important that as many members as possible attend as matters important to the club’s future will be discussed.

2. Minutes from AGM Monday 4 June 2018 & EGM Monday 16 July 2018, to be agreed a true record.
3. Report on season.
4. Report from Executive Committee.
5. Report from Treasurer.
6. Election of Officers to the Club: President

Welfare Officer
7. Agree subs, match fees etc. for season 2019-2020.
8. Presentations of Trophies: Hugh Petty (services to the club), John Marshall (U21 men) & O’Neill (U21 women) if not already presented at the Ball.
9. Agree changes to the constitution.
10. AOB – for which3 days’ notice to be given to the secretary in writing.

Nominations for officers for 2019-2020 season should be completed on the attached slip and returned to me (via email, post or handed to me personally), along with any items to be discussed under AOB, by Friday 17th May 2019.

Please note that a proposer, seconder and the nominee must sign all nominations.
